How it works
The vase runs on a conveyor belt and is clocked by photocells which allow spacing and correct
positioning in the present stations.
The dosing station is equipped with a pneumatically operated volumetric doser with the possibility of
managing dosing ranges from 20 ml. to 640ml. in a single stroke and is designed for the insertion of a
conical hopper of different sizes for the draft of the product. Sometimes it is possible to suck the product
through a hose directly from the discharge of a tank. The fundamental condition is that the tank is
located at a higher height than the dispenser and that the suction pipe is as short and direct as possible,
as well as having the correct section according to the consistency of the product.
After dosing, the cap is picked up and placed directly on the jar by a system equipped with pick&place
and screwed on by a descending head capper. In front of the operator there is the electrical control
panel of the machine and a conveyor belt for manual loading of the caps, which can be adjusted
according to their diameter.
The finished product is unloaded onto a fixed table or alternatively it is possible to equip the machine
with rotating tables of different sizes for both product infeed and outfeed.
