Description of the pasteurizer
Cm3 Engineering is a leading manufacturer of honey pasteurizers.
Our assortment includes semi-automatic, two-stage and plate pasteurizers, suitable for processing 100 kg/h product with automatic control of the pasteurization and cooling temperature.
Components description:
- Two-stage plate heat exchanger
- Volumetric pumps for honey transfer from tank to the pasteurizer, together with speed reduction motor and by-pass valve (in compliance with health regulations)
- Automatic pasteurization temperature control through hot water (85°C)
- Aisi 304 control cabinet, protection degree IP 65
- PLC SIEMENS – Coloured touch-screen operating panel with an ethernet port and remote connection modem
- Graphic chart and pasteurization and cooling temperature recording
- PLC and OP programs. Light column. Set of indicator lights. Inverter for the control of the pump speed.
- Supporting base made of Aisi 304 rectangular tube, endowed with adjustable feet for the connection of all machine components.
