Questa commessa ha previsto la realizzazione di una linea di riempimento e tappatura automatica per confetture confezionate prima del processo di pastorizzazione.
The product is taken from a heated 200-litre tank with a mixing blade specially supplied to allow the customer to have a jam loading tank with a capacity suitable for guaranteeing the required production speed of 1,200 pieces per hour on the 200 g format.
The plant consists of two Ø 800 rotary tables at the inlet and outlet to allow loading and unloading of the jars at the beginning and end of the line.
Inside the monobloc we find the dosing station comprising a pneumatic volumetric dosing unit with a dosing range of 20 ml – 680 ml and a specially supplied dispensing spout with a drop-saving nozzle.
The capping station consists of Pick&Place cap picker and descending head capper with brushless motor for torque control. The software is specially designed to signal any product waste during capping.
The last component of the machine is the vibrating cork loading feeder including an elevator for continuous cork loading sized with a collection tank that can hold about 3,000 corks.
Finally, the plant was supplied with the 4.0 preparation to guarantee the connection to the customer’s management system and access to the foreseen tax incentives.
The delivery took place in 4 months from the order with the support of our team for the adequate training of the plant management personnel.
