How it works:
The vase runs on a conveyor belt and is clocked by photocells which allow spacing and correct positioning in the two stations present.
The dosing station is equipped with a pneumatically operated volumetric doser with the possibility of managing dosing ranges from 20 ml. to 1,300ml. in a single stroke and provide for the insertion of a conical hopper of different sizes for the draft of the product. Sometimes it is possible to suction through a hose
directly from the drain of a tank. The fundamental condition is that the tank is located at a higher height than the dispenser and that the suction pipe is as short and direct as possible, as well as having the correct section according to the consistency of the product.
After the dosing, the operator station is provided for the manual positioning of the caps which are collected from the interlocking tray. In the frontal position of the operator there is the electrical control panel of the machine to allow the rapid start-up or stop of it.
Subsequently, in the capping station, specially protected by polycarbonate protections, there is a pneumatic capper with descending head.
The finished product can be unloaded onto a rotating or fixed table according to specific needs.

EASY-TAPPING Module:
If the customer already has a solution for dosing the product, it is possible to offer the EASY LINE for capping only. As soon as it is dosed, the jar is placed by the operator on the conveyor belt which takes it to the capping station and to the unloading on the rotating table.
